How we work

Built for the wall of boxes

Most of our assembly calls come from someone staring at a new condo, an Airbnb turnover, or a home office that arrived on six pallets. Here's how we clear it.

1

Tell us what's in boxes

Send the item list or store links — you get a flat rate per piece before we start, not an hourly meter.

2

Two-person build

One assembles while the other stages parts and hardware — heavy pieces lifted safely, built in parallel.

3

Anchor anything tall

Tip-over anchoring included on every freestanding unit over 36 inches, into studs or concrete.

4

Place and clear out

Furniture set where you want it and cardboard broken down — haul-away available as an add-on.

Common questions

Assembly questions

Do you assemble furniture from any brand?

Yes — IKEA, Wayfair, Amazon Basics, West Elm, Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware, and any flat-pack brand. If it came in a box, we assemble it.

How long does assembly take?

A typical dresser or bookcase takes 45–90 minutes. A full bedroom set usually takes 2–3 hours with two technicians working in parallel.

Do you haul away the packaging?

Haul-away isn't included in the base price, but it's available as an add-on — tell us when booking and we'll break down the cardboard and take it with us.

Do you anchor furniture for tip-over safety?

Yes — included for any freestanding unit over 36 inches tall: dressers, bookshelves, wardrobes. We use anchor hardware that meets UL safety standards.

Can you assemble in a condo or high-rise?

Absolutely — it's most of our work. We carry a COI for building management and protect elevators, floors, and common areas.
