Don't see your task? Call us — we handle a wide range of jobs not listed here.

How we work

Every job gets two technicians

Most handyman companies send one person. We send two — heavy items get moved safely, two-hour jobs finish in one, and the whole list gets done in a single visit with one invoice.

1

Send the whole list

Photos and a quick description of everything — we scope and price the full visit before anyone shows up.

2

Two technicians arrive

One drills while one holds, so nothing gets rescheduled because a job needed a second set of hands.

3

The list runs in parallel

The bathroom gets recaulked while the drywall compound dries — three to six tasks in a typical visit.

4

One walkthrough, one invoice

Every task checked with you, work areas tidied, and a single price for the whole visit.

Do the math

One multi-task visit vs. three separate calls

A faucet, two sticky doors, and a drywall patch don't need a plumber, a carpenter, and a painter — they need one crew and one afternoon.

One multi-task visit

How we work

  • The whole list scoped and priced as a single job
  • Two technicians run tasks in parallel — 3 to 6 tasks per visit
  • Anchors, caulk, and common parts already on the truck
  • One service window, one walkthrough, one invoice

Separate trades

The usual way

  • A plumber, an electrician, and a painter — each with a minimum
  • Three service windows to sit at home for
  • Small jobs get declined or padded to hit the minimum
  • Three quotes to chase and three invoices to track

High-rise and condo ready

We know South Florida condos

Most of our work happens in managed buildings — Brickell, Edgewater, South Beach, and the broader Miami corridor. That means the paperwork, the elevator, and the concrete walls are part of the job, not surprises that stall it.

COI handled

Certificate of insurance sent to your building's management before the visit — same-day on request.

Building access

Freight elevator reserved, pads respected, front-desk procedures handled without you chasing anyone.

HOA work hours

Noisy work scheduled inside your building's approved window — no violation letters.

Concrete walls

Concrete and CMU walls are standard for our crews — masonry anchors are already on the truck.

Common questions

Handyman service questions

What is the service minimum for a handyman visit?

We work on a flat rate per job — there's no hourly minimum or per-task fee. Multi-task visits are priced as a single job, so bringing a full list doesn't cost more than tackling one item.

Can I book a visit for multiple tasks?

Yes — that's actually the most popular way to book. Send us your list and we'll scope the full visit so you know the price before anyone shows up.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes. SmartSpaceInnovations carries general liability insurance on every job. We can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) on request for buildings and property managers.

How fast can you schedule a handyman visit?

Same-week scheduling is available for most jobs. For urgent repairs, call us directly and we'll check same-day or next-day availability.

Do you work in condos and high-rises?

Yes — we work in condos and high-rises throughout South Florida every week. We're familiar with building access procedures, elevator rules, and HOA requirements. COI available on request.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Yes. If something we repaired fails within 30 days due to our workmanship, we come back and fix it at no charge.

What's included in a handyman visit?

A handyman visit includes the requested labor, basic consumables (screws, anchors, tape), a tidy-up of the work area, and before/after photos sent to you after completion. If materials beyond standard consumables are needed, we confirm the cost before sourcing them.

Do you bring materials and supplies?

We carry common supplies on the truck — anchors, screws, drywall compound, caulk, and basic hardware. For project-specific materials (paint, lumber, fixtures), we coordinate with you beforehand. You can purchase materials yourself or we can pick them up for a small trip fee.

Have a list? Let's get it done.

Send us the list and we'll quote the full visit in one shot. No separate minimums per task.
