The Prep-First Difference

Most painters skip prep to save time. We don't. Every surface is assessed, patched, and primed before a single drop of finish coat goes on. That's how patches stay invisible and paint stays on walls for years instead of months.

01

Assess & Patch

We inspect every surface. Nail holes, cracks, and soft spots get patched before primer ever touches the wall.

02

Sand & Prime

Rough edges sanded flush. Stain-blocking primer on water marks, tannin bleed, and dark colors that would show through.

03

Protect & Mask

Floors, trim, and fixtures covered. We use professional tape — no bleed, no wasted time fixing sloppy lines.

04

Two Coats

Full two-coat application on every surface. One coat is never enough in South Florida's light.

05

Clean Lines, Clean Space

Tape pulled while paint is still slightly wet for sharp edges. Furniture back, tools out, room done.

Why South Florida Is Different

Standard primer and paint fail faster in Miami's humidity. Mold-resistant formulas, vapor-barrier primers, and proper ventilation are standard on every job we do — not upgrades.

  • Mold-resistant interior paint on all bathroom and kitchen walls
  • Stain-blocking primer on any water mark before finish coat
  • We identify active leaks before painting over symptoms
  • VOC-free options for nurseries, medical needs, and sensitive spaces
  • Experience in concrete-block homes where moisture wicks differently than drywall

Landlord & Turnover Repaints

Between-tenant repaints are our most requested service for property managers. We know the window: check-out Friday, check-in Sunday. We work within it.

  • 1–2 day turnaround on standard apartment units
  • Coordination with tenants directly on your behalf
  • Photo documentation before and after
  • Invoice same day for your records

What Customers Say

★★★★★

Had two large water-damaged walls repaired and the living room repainted. The patch is completely invisible and the color match was perfect. Finished in one day.

They repainted my entire 3-bedroom condo before I listed it for sale. Clean, on time, fair price. My realtor said it made a huge difference in how the unit showed.

Frequently Asked Questions

What paint brands do you use?

We use Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore for all interior work. Both brands hold up well in South Florida's humidity and offer mold-resistant formulas. We can also work with paint you supply.

How long does it take to paint a room?

A standard bedroom or living room takes 4–6 hours including surface prep, primer, two coats, and cleanup. Larger spaces or rooms with high ceilings may take a full day.

Do I need to leave my home during painting?

Not necessarily. We use low-odor, low-VOC paints that are safe while occupied. We ask that you clear the room of furniture and personal items before we arrive.

Can you repair water stains or damaged drywall before painting?

Yes — we handle the full scope in one visit: assess the damage, patch drywall, treat for mold if needed, prime with stain-blocking primer, then paint.

Do you do accent walls?

Yes. Accent walls, color blocking, and two-tone rooms are common requests. We'll tape a crisp line and can advise on sheen levels for the effect you want.

Can you match an existing paint color?

In most cases yes — bring us the original paint can or we take a chip to a Sherwin-Williams store for a spectrophotometer match. Color matching has limits on older walls with significant UV fade.
