Yes — we understand the turnover window. Call or text with the issue and the check-in time. We'll schedule within the gap and send photos when done so you can verify remotely.

Do you work with remote hosts who aren't in South Florida?

Yes. Most STR clients send work orders by text or WhatsApp and never need to be on-site. We coordinate access, do the work, send photos, and invoice the same day.

What if a guest causes damage?

We prioritize guest-damage repairs for STR clients. Text a photo immediately after checkout — we'll quote it and often schedule same day or next day so the listing doesn't lose bookings.

Can you help set up a new STR listing?

Yes — full new-listing setups: furniture assembly, TV mounting, smart lock installation, shelving, and punch-list repairs. Send us the list and we'll quote it.

Do you install smart locks for keyless entry?

Yes — we install and configure smart locks (Schlage, Kwikset, Ultraloq, Yale) with remote access and code management. Ideal for STR properties where key handoffs are impractical.
