Our minimum for any visit is $140, which covers the first hour of labor. Most jobs take 1–2 hours.

Yes. We coordinate with building management, provide COI on request, and work within HOA rules. We've completed hundreds of jobs in Brickell, Edgewater, and Aventura towers.
