Built for Miami Condos & High-Rises
Most Miami condo buildings have strict rules about drilling through exterior walls or shared structures. We know how to work within those rules — using wireless cameras, adhesive mounts, and HOA-compliant placement.
COI Available
We carry GL insurance and can deliver a Certificate of Insurance to your building within 24 hours.
No Exterior Drilling
Wireless cameras on balconies, doorframes, and ceilings — no penetration through exterior CMU walls.
Elevator Coordination
We schedule around freight elevator windows and HOA service hours so the job goes smoothly.

Renter-Friendly Options
Not ready to drill? We install battery-powered cameras using non-damaging adhesive mounts or tension-fit brackets. Ring Stick Up Cam, Eufy SoloCam, and Wyze Cam work great without putting a single hole in the wall. When you move out, just take them with you.
Camera Installation FAQs
Do you provide monitoring services?
No — we handle device installation only. We mount and configure your camera hardware and walk you through the manufacturer's app. Monitoring subscriptions (Ring Protect, Nest Aware, etc.) are purchased directly through the manufacturer.
Can you install cameras in a condo or apartment?
Yes. We install wireless cameras on doorframes, ceilings, balconies, and any surface your HOA permits. We do not drill through exterior walls or shared structures without written HOA approval.
Will my building management ask for insurance?
Many condo buildings require a COI before a vendor can work. We carry General Liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance to your building management within 24 hours.
What's the difference between wired and wireless cameras?
Wireless cameras (battery or plug-in) are easiest to install in condos with no conduit access. Wired PoE cameras offer continuous power and often better video quality — ideal for houses or commercial spaces with access to the ceiling cavity.
Are there renter-friendly options?
Absolutely. Battery-powered wireless cameras (Ring Stick Up, Eufy SoloCam) require no drilling and are easily removable when you move out. We can mount them with adhesive or tension mounts on request.
How long does installation take?
A single doorbell camera takes about 30–45 minutes. A 4-camera wireless system typically takes 2–3 hours including app setup and walkthrough.
