Small Renovations & Custom Projects in South Florida

Bathroom refreshes, kitchen updates, and built-ins — scoped in writing with a fixed price before anything is demoed. The scope is the product.

Signature builds

The projects we build most

Six projects make up most of our renovation calendar. Pick one to see what's involved — every one starts the same way: measurements, a written scope, and a fixed price before any demo.

The project

Bathroom refresh

Vanity, tile, lighting, and fixtures swapped in place — the layout stays, the room changes completely. The biggest visual change per dollar we do.

Days, not weeks

Refresh or remodel?

Two very different projects — we'll tell you which you need

Most kitchens and bathrooms don't need a gut job. We scope both honestly and quote the one that actually solves your problem — never the more expensive answer by default.

Cosmetic refresh

Days, not weeks

  • Cabinet fronts, countertops, backsplash, and hardware
  • Paint, fixtures, and lighting swaps
  • No permits, no layout changes, no demo dust
  • The biggest visual change per dollar spent

Full remodel

When the bones change

  • Layout, plumbing, or electrical actually moves
  • Permits handled as part of the scope
  • Dated timeline and fixed price before demo starts
  • One crew from demo through final walkthrough

Common questions

Renovation questions

What's included in the free estimate?

A walkthrough, measurements, material recommendations, a written scope of work, and a fixed-price quote. There's no obligation to proceed.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. For projects that require them — structural changes, electrical panel work, plumbing reroutes — we handle the permit application as part of the project scope.

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

A standard full bathroom renovation runs 2–4 weeks depending on tile lead times and permits. Your quote includes a dated timeline, and we tell you immediately if anything shifts it.

Can you show me examples of past work?

Yes — ask during your estimate and we'll share photos of completed projects similar to yours. There's also a selection on our Projects page.

Can you work in an occupied condo?

Yes. We contain dust, protect the common areas, coordinate elevator access with the building, and keep to HOA work hours.
