1. Services
SmartSpaceInnovations, LLC ("Company") provides residential and commercial handyman, repair, installation, and renovation services in South Florida. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of the quote. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes, additional materials are required, or unforeseen conditions are discovered. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointment times are estimates. We will notify you if we expect to be significantly delayed. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, Zelle, and major credit cards. Unpaid invoices may be subject to late fees.
5. Warranty
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed job, contact us within 7 days and we will return to assess and correct the issue at no additional charge, subject to the terms of the original agreement.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the work area, clearing the space of furniture and fragile items, and disclosing any known hazards (e.g., asbestos, lead paint, active leaks).
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damages that result from customer-provided materials or instructions.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
